“ This seemingly humble sushi spot was delicious. I eat a lot of sushi and coming from out of town, this was super good. The fish was fresh and I honestly appreciated the simplicity of the rolls. Not too much rice in them and just focused on good quality fish. I walked in before closing and they were so welcoming. If you're hungry they will make sure you're fed! Such a sweet staff. They even gave me a sampling of a mackerel stew that was also fresh and delicious. Last even my wine was delicious. Not oxidized or days old. Highly recommend this place. ”

“ Living in the area, I’m always on the lookout for a good sushi restaurant. I have a couple that I go to, and they are good enough to satiate me. This place though. The ambience is beautiful. The wood and gold is just so pretty. The lights are low enough to be romantic, but not dim enough that you can’t see what you’re eating. There is also a second floor that would be perfect for a girls night out. Secluded and private. The fish. You come to a sushi place for the fish. It was exceptional here. It was so buttery and smooth. I couldn’t stop eating it. And I wasn’t even sorry I didn’t share. The cuts were generous and thick. I was told the chef goes every morning to pick out the fish, and you can tell. It is top notch. The spicy tuna maki was so damn delicious. I didn’t take a picture because we ate it too fast. Next time! The dumplings could be a meal of their own. Juicy meat filling dunked in a chili sauce that juuuuuuust leaves a tingle on your tongue. Fabulous!! I wouldn’t say it’s the best family restaurant. The space is small and intimate. Perfect for date nights and girl friend dates!!! I will be back for carry out and date nights. I’m so glad it is so close to my house! It’s a great addition to Lincolnshire. ”
